Westland Distillery: Seattle, WA
- American Single Malt: 5 Malt Mash (Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, and Brown Malt) aged for 7 years and 9 months coming from a Pedro Ximenez American oak Hogshead cask
Kennay Farms Distilling: Rochelle, IL
Rye: 51% Rye 44% Corn and 5% Wheat aged for 2 years and 7 months. Coming from a level 3 char American White oak barrel
Virginia Distilling Co: Lovingston, VA
Single Malt: 100% Malted Spring Barley aged for 5 years and 7 months coming from a Pedro Ximenez American oak Butt.
Single malt: 100% Malted Spring Barley aged for 5 years
and 11 months coming from a STR (shaved, toasted & re-charred) American oak wine cask
J. Carver Distillery: Waconia, MN
53 gallon cask of Minnesota White Oak, with a mash consisting of 70% Wheat 20% Corn 10% Malted Barley, in cask for 8 years 9 months

BLENDER'S STORY:
The first Altar and Bloom blend was married together. I then took the blend and put it into the Kennay Farms Rye Whiskey cask that was used for the blend. Another portion was filled into a Journeyman ex-bourbon cask.
For Altar and Bloom batch 2, those two casks were blended together.
